Job Details
Huntersun is a fast growing integrated circuit design house in Beijing, China. Our product line including: SOCs systems, such as BT, WLAN, zigbee, 2G, 3G, 4G power amplifier/FEM, Wireless and Power management ICs. We are now looking for a CTO as a member of the management team.
What you need for this position:
- 5+ years of proven track record as the leader of IC product. System and digital design background is the better.
- More than 3 mass product experience including system design, coding and simulation, layout or backend design and testing as a PM. SoC and communication product is better.
- Ph.D degree in EECS/ME or related field from a world famous collogues/university.
- Working experience in world famous companies and/or institutes. Prior background in wireless system/structure design, HW/SW co-work and SoC/IP integration.
- Deep knowledge of wireless communication system. Well-connected to the tech-industry
- Great communication skills
- Great leadership skills
- Motivated, driven and self-directed
- Excellent Chinese and English language skills.
- Full time work in Beijing office.

What you'll be doing:
- Developing the roadmap and delivering continuous releases for all of our products.
- Manage related design teams in Beijing office.
- Responsible for writing articles, white papers, speaking at shows and conference, and writing editorials for industry publications. Manage the IP strategy and GOV relation team.
- Responsible for participating in sales and marketing process by understanding customer requirements, and mapping them to our products.
