Helpdesk co-workers for ITAP in Shanghai
As a Helpdesk coworker you provide professional and service minded IT support to Company on the base of defined Service Level Agreements and is the obvious choice in IT support needs. You are the core of the Helpdesk which is the single point of contact into IT Delivery for our community of end users in all IT related issues
Your main responsibilities are to;
• receive and take ownership for all support needs coming in through various support channels.
• register, analyse, prioritise, assign and/or solve all in-coming cases during the agreed leadtime.
• perform all daily tasks according to set processes, rules and guidelines
• be responsible for end user communication at IT.
• monitor all open support cases, escalate if necessary and keep the end user informed about the solving process
• share knowledge with colleagues, i.e. by using a common knowledge database
Is this the right challenge for you?
To be successful in this role you need to have knowledge of the business process in order to give the user the right support and attention. Further you need good knowledge of
• IT Standard platform and infrastructure and of set processes, rules, guidelines and how to use them.
• The different components and structure of the technical product relevant for the specific position and good knowledge of client and server technologies, mainly from the Microsoft Windows environment.
• Retail experience it is a plus
• Fluent in English&Japanese or English&German both written and spoken
