Role (Purpose of the job)
To collect business requirements and translate the requirements into IT solution, ensure solutions are in line with global standard and meet customers’ need.
Key Responsibility
? Actively and regularly interact with customers and users to collect business requirements to IT application systems.
? Identify system improvement opportunities via analysing business requirement / system functionalities and IT industry trend.
? Develop use case based on the business requirement.
? Closely work with development team to well integrate business requirement with system solution, ensure long term solution.
? Good balance between local business requirement and global system standard, provide sound and long term solutions.
? Verify system solutions according to business requirements.
? Be actively involved into global application project and play a key member role.
? Promote IT systems to customers to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of business operation.
Main competence requirements
? Around 6 – 8 years of working experience in IT application area in MNC.
? Around 3-4 years of experience in IT web based application system development / support.
? Good business acumen and business knowledge in supply chain, working experiences in auto industry is a plus.
? Excellent communications skills and the ability to work well with people with diverse culture background.
? Excellent presentation skills.
? Strong coordination skills.
? Strong initiative-taking and follow-through skills, strong ownership and sense of responsibility.
? Experiences in MS SQL server and web based development, such as 。Net, ASP。Net, C#, etc.
? Ability to work effectively in a flexible, changing and challenging environment, manage multiple activities and priorities and work well under pressure.
? Good learning agility.
? Excellent business writing skills.
? Excellent oral and written English skills
? Bachelor degree.
