• Risk Analysis

• Consultative Selling
Basic Qualifications:
• 8-10 years experience in leading IT and/or PS organizations at region and/or corporate level with experience leading virtual teams.
• Demonstrated experience in managing outsourcing relationships.
• B.S. or B.A. in Business Technical or Computer Information Science minimum
• MBA or M.S. in Business Technical or Computer Information Science desired, but not mandatory
• Hands-on general or management experience in a number of business disciplines such as consulting services, marketing and sales, project management, information technology, financial management, business operations, and software development, with proven ability to develop and integrate plans.
• Ability to manage a successful business and P&L.
• Continued education and involvement in industry related activities.
• Experience in Process Improvements, CMM, Six Sigma, and knowledge of TSM desired.
• Good understanding of DW business and key processes
• Good understanding of DW products, solutions, and service offers.
• Experience with improving relationships and communications of virtual and/or geographically dispersed teams.
• Fluent communication in Mandarin, Japanese and English.
1）至少10年以上工作经验，8年以上管理经验
2）英文流利，日语读写（需全程英文面试）
3）至少管理100人以上团队，人员管理经验丰富
4）丰富的对日项目管理经验
