System Architect

Fluent Japanese, familiar with Japan business culture
Need to communicate with Japan Customer
Need to make Japanese document as official deliverables

>=3 years of experience in Japan. >=3 year of Telecom project experience as Key SA. >=2 year of RA experience and >=3 year of proposal experience in telecom experience.
>=3 years experience of proposal/presentation to customer.
任职要求;
well known one of HPUX and LINUX with >=1 experience.
well known WebLogic or Jboss (include config operation) with >=1 years of experience.
well known one of Oracle DSEE, Oracle TimesTen, MySQL, PostgreSQL, EnterpriseDB with >=2 year of experience(include tunning experience).
Well known one of LifeKeeper, Vmware, KVM, ZEN, Drools.
well know(>=2 years) one of DPI, CISCO/IOS, Legacy Switch Interface, PSTN, PBX
>=1 year of experience on one of Architecting, object Oriented, Design Pattern.
>=1 year of one of Development Framework, Developer Tool, Cord Communization

>=2 year experience of five of TCP/IP, SIP, RTP, Vxml, CCMLS, JNI/JNA, OCMP, JBoss Communications Platform, RADIUS(AAA, DIAMETER), SS7(INAP, MAP, TCAP, ISUP, TUP, SCCP) with design and delivery.
>=1 year of four of SOAP, WSDL, REST, Parlay-X, Web Service Container, OSS/J

>=2 year of two of following: Messaging Application/Smartphone Application/Mobile device management/Order provisioning/Carrer data mediation/Carrer billing/rating system/Career Business Intelligence/Career Network|Legacy/Career Network|Multimedia/Career Network/VoIP/Career Customer database
