1、 Sr. QE Manager
Key points:
Fluent in English ,good hands on skill , excellent testing methodology, good leader ship and project managment skills ,
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead multiple quality engineering teams across our project portfolio, manage and drive the quality engineering process
2. Work closely with the engineering and product management teams in different geographical locations to ensure the quality of the products
3. Lead design and development of next generation automated test tools, test frameworks and test suites
4. Continue to improve test infrastructure to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness
5. Define strategies and methodologies for product testing
6. Act in an advisory role during development to help derive and facilitate the development of testable products
7. Drive recruiting and hit aggressive organization growth goals
Qualifications
1. Proven track record in growing/managing large quality engineering teams and in-depth knowledge on testing techniques and methodologies
2. Practical experience in internet, mobile or consumer experience products and systems
3. Extensive experience in creating reusable, extensible and easy-to-maintain test libraries and automated test framework and tools
4. Development experience in PHP, Perl, Java, C++, javascript and shell scripts and other test tools scripting languages
5. Familiar with test automation tools like Selenium, DeviceAnyWhere, JMeter
6. Excellent team and people management experiences
7.4+ years of quality engineering technical leadership and management experiences
8.6+ years of industry experiences
9. Result driven, pro-active mindset to make things happen
10. Fluent oral English communication, precise written communication in Chinese and English
11. B.S/MS/Ph.D in Computer Science or related field
