Major Responsibilities
To develop data-ba<x>sed, insightful market entry strategies for a variety of businesses in China, in conjunction with the concerned divisions
To lead teams that will be responsible for delivering such strategies
To communicate and sell strategies to senior management within divisions and China
In many cases, to work with business divisions to deploy the strategies that are developed
To identify short term incremental sales/cost reduction opportunities for businesses in China
To work in partnership with China-ba<x>sed sales teams to develop customer interaction plans, distributor incentives, and other tactical commercial initiatives
Required Skills and Education
Technical undergraduate
MBA or equivalent
Fluency in English and Mandarin
7-10years work experience
2-3 years’ experience in consulting companies(prefer).
Experience working with US companies in strategy development and strategy process management.(prefer)
Experience in consumer electronics, Telecom industries or automotive industries a plus
