Investor Relations Director
Location: Shanghai and USA

PURPOSE:
1. Strengthen the company’s reputation with key individuals including investors, target investors, analysts and the financial media.
2. Support the presentation of a favorable image of company’s operations and prospects to analysts and investors.
3. Support development of IR strategy.
4. Be a main contact for institutional investor queries
5. Be a key liaison with the business units and group functions, particularly external reporting
6. Analyse shareholder register.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts including investors, analysts, financial media and members of the Board
2. Act as the principle contact for analysts and use knowledge and good judgment to give the appropriate information in response to queries.
3. Analyse consensus figures, financial models and other external information and contribute to production of any necessary responses
4. Work alongside the marketing team to prepare all materials for quarterly results
5. Conduct the planning and organization of roadshows, investor meetings and press conferences.
6. Work closely with senior figures including the CEO and CFO.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
1. Worldwide photovoltaic markets and related financial markets.
2. Business strategy results and issues worldwide.
3. Knowledge of investment markets and institutional investors.
4. USA legal and Stock Exchange regulatory requirements.
5. Influencing and dealing with stockbroker analysts.
6. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong team player with a proactive approach.
7. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

EXPERIENCE:
1. A good understanding of the photovoltaic marketplace
2. Investment / stock market exposure.
