EMC is now recruiting support engineer/senior support engineer. The responsibility of this positon is to remotely support EMC products and solve the customer provided issues over the phone or preferred communication method by customer.

Skills and knowledge required:
* Fluent in English(including speaking, listening, writing, reading)
* Position prefers a Bachelor of Science Degree and above in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry related experience
* Ability to support and communicate with customers over the phone or preferred communication method by customer
* IT relative experience Required: 2+ Years
* Knolwledge about storage, operating system, SAN, NAS, FC, etc is a plus.
* Good people skills
