Managed Service Procurement Manager (based in Shenzhen, China)
Responsibilities:
• Category Strategy: Develop and implement managed service category strategy which optimizes cost savings and service delivery, research and output industry trends and operation mode in managed service procurement and resource acquiring field
• Buyer Ability Enhance/ Training: Develop suitable courses and means of training and coaching buyers globally including managed service product, bidding strategy and dimensioning tools, financial models, local delivery organization, and procurement strategy and skills
• Operational efficiencies: Research and study current process, and optimize internal procurement processes to improve efficiency
• Supplier Management: Managing relationships of some mainstream suppliers in managed service field and work out innovative solution for cooperation
• Project Support: Provide guidance to local buyer for procurement strategy and support for important managed service project during both bidding to customer and organize supplier selection
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering (preferably in Telecommunication or Engineering, Business Management or International Trade).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Managed Service field including managed service and professional service product development, sales in professional service field, project management or procurement in telecommunication managed service field.
• Conversant in all strategic procurement management concepts.
• Skilled at project management and organization build up.
• Experience in supplier management.
• Excellent organizational skills and good at supplier relationship setting-up and maintaining.
• Personal motivation, excellent communications skills and team spirit;
• High efficiency, Energetic, Independent, and able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Must be able to communicate in English, communication in Mandarin would be an extra advantage
