Business Manager of Customs Compliance
Responsibilities:
1. Setup global customs compliance management policies, guidance and customs compliance management strategies.
2. Help establish valuation methodology. Provide guidance and establish control processes.
3. Provide guidance and establish controls to global products classification, country of origin.
4. Responsible for customs compliance processes establishment and implementation, promoting the customs compliance of other related business processes.
5. Responsible for Global import and export business customs compliance management and supervision, assessing customs risks.
6. Analyze global customs compliance issues, driving import &export business improvement.
7. Responsible for key project management for customs compliance business improvement.
8. Responsible for managing customs compliance performance and driving continuous improvement.
9. Responsible for global import and export line management.
10. Responsible for global training of customs compliance management.
Superior: Manager of P&SP of CCO
Subordinate: senior international logistics staff/ international logistics staff
Requirement for candidates:
1. Customs, trade and import/export operations or customs compliance management fields with at least 8 years experience in international or large enterprise.
2. With Good capability of leadership and management, lead team constructs and optimizes global customs compliance.
3. Knowledge of international trade and logistics.
4. Knowledge or experience of project management.
5. Good interpersonal skills and can provide leadership and Customs Compliance, Supply Chain Security, and Business Insight.
6. Be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
Work locations: PRC(Shenzhen, Dongguan)/Overseas(Netherlands, Germany, Thailand, Turkey)
