海关遵从业务经理
Business Manager of CCO
1、制定全球海关遵从管理政策、指导文件及标准，以及海关遵从管理策略
2、掌握各国海关估价要求，协助制定海关估价方法和相关流程
3、指导和控制全球税则归类及原产地标准的制定和推行
4、负责全球海关遵从流程建设及流程实施，促进公司相关业务流程的海关遵从
5、负责全球进出口业务海关遵从管理及监控，评估海关风险
6、分析全球海关遵从问题，推动业务改进
7、负责海关遵从业务改进重大项目管理
8、负责管理全球海关遵从绩效，推动持续改进
9、负责全球进出口行业指导
10、负责全球海关遵从管理培训
1.Setup global customs compliance management policies, guidance and customs compliance management strategies.
2.Help establish valuation methodology. Provide guidance and establish control processes.
3.Provide guidance and establish controls to global products classification, country of origin
4.Responsible for customs compliance processes establishment and implementation, promoting the customs compliance of other related business processes.
5.Responsible for Global import and export business customs compliance management and supervision, assessing customs risks
6.Analyze global customs compliance issues, driving import &export business improvement
7.Responsible for key project management for Customs compliance business improvement
8.Responsible for managing customs compliance performance and driving continuous improvement .
9.Responsible for global import and export line management
10.Responsible for global training of customs compliance management
上级：海关政策经理
下属：高级国际物流专员、国际物流专员
1.充分发挥个人管理和领导能力，带领团队建设和优化全球海关遵从，支撑公司全球业务的开展；With Good capability of leadership and management, lead team construct and optimize global customs compliance.
2.工作挑战主要来自不同国家/区域海关环境的差异。Challenge mainly come from different environment and principle of different country or region
本科以上学历
工作经验：8年以上跨国或大型企业关务或海关遵从管理工作经验
必备的知识与技能：
1、具备国际贸易和物流专业知识
2、英文能够作为工作语言，与外籍人士流畅交流．
3、具备项目管理知识或经验
4、良好的沟通能力和领导力
Bachelor or above.
Work experience: customs, trade and import/export operations or customs compliance management fields with at least 8 years experience in international or large enterprise.
Skill requirement:
1.Knowledge of international trade and logistics.
2.Be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
3.Knowledge or experience of project management.
4.Good interpersonal skills and can provide leadership and Customs Compliance, Supply Chain Security, and Business Insight
