Job Purpose:
We are looking for a candidate with good IT and business background and strong analytical skill, with relevant managerial experience in an international environment.
Duties:
• Responsible for the IT infrastructures for Active Network China
• Lead and manage IT support team to maintain daily China IT operations
• Lead and manage IS support team to maintain global Oracle EBS and CRM system.
• Lead and manage Admin team to provide data analysis and reporting for global executive team.
• Effective liaison with Corporate IT on global projects and issues, including planning, implementation, monitor and review to Active Network China.
• Plan, update, track and review of investment and budget forecast on Corporate IT for Active Network China.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
• Good knowledge in IT infrastructures, extensive knowledge and experience in IT fields.
• Solid knowledge in software development, understanding of Business Process enhancement and CRM services is a plus.
• Over 8 years IT experience with more than 3 years overall IT management experience.
• Experience in MNC is a plus.
• ITIL qualification is a plus.
