Marketing Director, BSS Professional Service
Responsibilities:
You will be involved in one or more of the following areas: Market Analysis, Competitors Analysis, Business Intelligence, Branding, A&P, Strategy and Business planning
1. Responsible for the development and implementation of Professional Services global and regional business and sales strategies.
2. Research, review and analyze Professional Services market trends, business intelligence, and competition landscape.
3. To prepare presentation material, branding activities and exhibition.
4. Collect and analyze customer needs and formulate the needs into different product lines.
5. To research and design on new Professional Services business & operation models.
6. Lead and manage key Professional Services projects where required to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree or above in telecommunication or IT field or equivalent.
2. At least five years of telecommunication experiences in business consulting, business development, marketing or product marketing
3. Expertise in one or more of the following areas: NOC, Network Performance Management, eTom / ITIL, VAS/SDP/IN/IDC/IPCC/BSS/OSS/IT Outsourcing, IT infrastructure management, Application management, Business process outsourcing, resource transfer management (people and asset).
4. Strong customer orientation and business in mind. Good understanding of operators' operation and maintenance challenges. Understand operator's long term business and market requirements. Previous worked in telecommunication operators or service providers is a definite plus.
5. Mature and positive attitudes; strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.
6. Possess good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
7. Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English
8. Able to travel overseas frequently to support field projects
