Title: Sales Manager
Location: Shanghai or Beijing
Responsibilities:
As a sales manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering sales strategy. You'll play a fundamental role in developing future growth, and provide vision, direction and leadership. Your specific duties are likely to include:
• Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
• Delivering sales by developing relationships with key MNC clients.
• Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
• Taking responsibility for profit and loss.
• Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
• Packaging of core capabilities into solutions for customers.
• Manage the overall sales cycle and provide incremental improvements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above;
2. Good at verbal and written English
3. 5 years+ working experience, and 2 years at customer facing role
4. Skill: Microsoft Office skills, good at Excel and PowerPoint
5. Good interpersonal skill, good communication, quick learning and hard-working.
6. Experience in MNC or knowing engineering is a plus.
7. Have carried a quota previously and demonstrated success in quota is a big plus.
