Customer Support Engineer (E)
Job Description:
Responsible for providing remote post-sales support of hardware systems, sub-systems and/or applications for customers or field personnel utilizing telephone and remote diagnostic capabilities. Supports end-user installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations through problem isolation, verification, resolution and documentation, may include supporting 3rd party products. This is a post-sales remote support position. Works with limited guidance on cases within defined criteria. Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems.
Requirements:
Knowledge of telecommunications products & services preferred.
Requires 1 - 3 years experience.
Bachelors degree.
Proficient English is a must
Able to do shift work

RESPONSIBILITIES
• To help customers maximize network availability and functionality to achieve their business goals. The NCE delivers the technologies; solutions and services customers need to expertly manage their networks.
• Act as the "Cisco’s face to the customer," working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor delivering on our commitments.
• Responsible for providing consultative, proactive and/or reactive support to Cisco accounts.
• The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, comfortable with challenging the status quo and rapidly responding to escalated issues.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the IT industry.
• CCNA, CCNP certifications are required.
• Must have good knowledge of Cisco product lines and technology.
• Expert level internetworking troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment.
• Possess good technical account management skills.
• Have strong communication and customer facing skills.
• A language skill in Mandarin is a must, and fluency in English is also very important.
VOIC工程师/UC Engineer
Job Summary:
Provide voice networking designs, services and support for Japan customer's enterprise network. These responsibilities will require knowledgeable skill sets across the network and VoIP technologies, services and components.
Responsibilities:
• Configuration and Support of LAN/WAN environments according to best practice switching/routing technologies and topologies
• New and best of breed product and technology evaluations and research, integration testing
• High level and low level voice design
Major Requirement:
• Strong knowledge of Cisco VoIP technology, including Call Manager, Unity, IPCC, and Emergency Responder
• Knowledge of traditional TDM telephony services and processes
• Proficient in using Cisco telephony management products
• Strong network troubleshooting/problem resolutions, protocol analysis, network troubleshooting/problem determination skills with network trace/capture/analysis software
• Excellent written and oral communication in Japanese
Special qualifications:
• More than 3 years voice relevant Work Experience
• Voice CCIE preferred
[b]J2EE Developer / Oracle Developer ba<x>se : Dalian
J2EE Developer
- 5+ years of J2EE development
- 3+ years with Lightweight J2EE frameworks such as Spring, Struts 2.0
- 3+ years with IBM WebSphere Server,
- 3+ Experience developing WebServices, RESTful services, SOAP/WSDL experience are plus.
- 3+ Experience developing Portlets, JSPs and Servlets
- Solid understanding of J2EE concepts / Application Servers.
- Proficiency with portal themes and skins
- Excellent debugging skills
- Familiar with performance tuning
- Experience working in a Scrum or agile environment
- Familiarity with GOF (Gang of Four) Design Patterns & other Abstract Data Structures
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communications skills
- Should have practical work experience in a multi-tiered architectural environment
- Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and will have exceptional writing and communication skills
- Demonstrated a record of developing successful applications that are highly integrated and reliable
- Ability to operate effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Sun Certified Java programmer preferred.
Oracle Developer
-Oracle DML/DLL
-Oracle PL/SQL (10g or higher) development
- PL/SQL - Strong fundamentals and extensive programming skills, procedures, packages, triggers, indexes
-Complex SQL, PL/SQL. (Use of global temp tables, analytical functions, collections, bulk binds)
-Strong hands on performance tuning skills
-Strong Experience in PERL
-Knowledge of Oracle Data structures and collections
-Experience in databa<x>se (OLTP and Warehouse) application development
-Proficiency in Oracle ba<x>sed tools like SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader and Toad
-Strong experience in Unix shell s<x>cripts
-Working with Batch jobs, data warehousing, redesign Schema
