Open Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Beijing

Job description:
Support Head of Marketing and Communications to coordinate the Marketing and Communications activities within the many Technicolor businesses across Greater China in order to increase sales and profitability.

Responsibility
• Help the Marketing and Communications team to understand the needs of the customer’s within the region.
• Support head of Marketing to work across the various functional areas (Advertising, Strategy, Branding, Planning & Budgeting, E-Media, Web, and Events) within marketing to provide input and drive focus on supporting the region.
• Support head of Marketing to manage that region’s customer/sales/channel requirements for marketing, communications, sales tools, events, PR, localization..
• Local tactical execution of entire Marketing and Communications plan for that region (events, PR, sales tools distribution, e-marketing, SNS marketing, retail marketing, co-marketing...)
• Manage local agencies/service providers- not just language translation, provide input on Cultural and Business practice localization
• Other activities as required.
Required profile:
• Bachelor degree on Marketing or business management,
• At least 6 years marketing functional experience in IT/communication or film industry.
• Have been in marketing management position for at least 3 years, and experienced in managing a team while been handy in most of the works
• Creative and taking initiatives, detail oriented and result driven;
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English, French will be a plus
