职位： SAP HR/SD/FICO外部实施顾问[/b]要求: 相关工作经验3-5年外部顾问，英语流利，欧美项目优先

[b]Sales Director基本要求：[/b]
1.10年以上经验，丰富的Pepole Management经验，ERP或Solution背景，有煤炭行业经验优先
2.团队4-5人，分布在北京上海
3.英语熟练/ba<x>se北京/承担Team Quota

[b]Human Capital Management Application Consultant [/b]PURPOSE AND ob<x>jectIVES
To address requirements of customers, Build competencies at SAP global
delivery to deliver solutions to Customers worldwide.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
*Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go
Live of customer implementation projects
*Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint
workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
*Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating
efforts and project timelines
*Participating in SOW creation and estimating under guidance from a Bid
Manager
*Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems
*Delivering billable components that meets a customer’s needs
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
*Degree in Engineering from premier institutions.
*SAP Certification in Sales and Distribution desirable
*Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP HCM, Global rollout experience will
be added advantage
*Good knowledge in SAP HCM solution, specifically organizational
management, performance management and payroll.
*Well developed customer focus
*Good Presentation and communication skills
*Good command on English and Mandarin Language
*Ready to travel for assignments (short term and long term)
WORK EXPERIENCE
*Minimum of 5-6 industry/consulting experience, with 4 years of SAP HCM
experience
