Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
" Own the design of the application
Drive the development of the client according to software engineering best practices
Define and drive the team's development schedule
Provide design and technical leadership to the team and set priorities
Manage the team members
Mentor junior developers
Work closely with product managers, other development leads and test leads in the RM team
Manage communication
Work closely with server development leads and architects to make sure the service is reliable and scalable
Assess and manage business changes that impact the design of the client application
Proactively identify risks to the project and define mitigation plans
Recruit new developers as required for the growth of the team

Additional Information: (e.g. Shift Resource, % work that is development vs. maintenance, etc.)
" Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint server development
Experience with C# application, web and WCF development
Knowledge of the Thai language and culture
Experience in real time communication protocols (SIP, XMPP) is also a plus
Hands-on experience with rapid development methodologies (RUP, Agile, XP, SCRUM) is highly desirable

Qualification:
Education:
"- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
"
Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:
" Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to lead and grow a team of software engineers
Ability and willingness to mentor junior developers
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and deliverables at the same time
Demonstrate ability to identify and solve complex problems at component or feature level
Proven ability to drive cross-group work effectively
One+ years experience in recruiting, managing and mentoring team members
Solid track record of shipping products on time
Knowledge of development engineering best practices and tools
4+ years of software development experience
Experience in the entire product development cycle is a must from design, implementation, and debugging to shipping the product out the door
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or engineering
