Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
" Own the design of the application
 Drive the development of the client according to software engineering best practices
 Define and drive the team's development schedule
 Provide design and technical leadership to the team and set priorities
 Manage the team members
 Mentor junior developers
 Work closely with product managers, other development leads and test leads in the RM team
 Manage communication
 Work closely with server development leads and architects to make sure the service is reliable and scalable
 Assess and manage business changes that impact the design of the client application
 Proactively identify risks to the project and define mitigation plans
 Recruit new developers as required for the growth of the team

Additional Information: (e.g. Shift Resource, % work that is development vs. maintenance, etc.)
" Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint server development
 Experience with C# application, web and WCF development
 Knowledge of the Thai language and culture
 Experience in real time communication protocols (SIP, XMPP) is also a plus
 Hands-on experience with rapid development methodologies (RUP, Agile, XP, SCRUM) is highly desirable

Qualification:
Education:
"- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
"

Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:
" Fluent in English, both spoken and written
 Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
 Strong analytical and problem solving skills
 Ability to lead and grow a team of software engineers
 Ability and willingness to mentor junior developers
 Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and deliverables at the same time
 Demonstrate ability to identify and solve complex problems at component or feature level
 Proven ability to drive cross-group work effectively
 One+ years experience in recruiting, managing and mentoring team members
 Solid track record of shipping products on time
 Knowledge of development engineering best practices and tools
 4+ years of software development experience
 Experience in the entire product development cycle is a must from design, implementation, and debugging to shipping the product out the door
 Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or engineering
