Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage test activities and schedule to deliver
- Experience at identifying risk and impact also mitigation items when confidence level in releasing software is low
- Coordinate with development, product team, operation team and support team for any new requirement or changes
- Lead on managing test enviornments and ensure that test environment is in a good condition
- Ensure that system operate as expected
- Lead on test strategy for function and non functional testing
- Lead on test result review with all stakeholders
- Develop and maintain test plans, test schedule and test cases
Qualification:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:
- High awareness of customer service
- At least a few years hands-on experience in with multiple types of software testing and testing processes.
- Experience in project and staff management
- Experience in capacity and performance testing
- Experience in managing and operating multiple environments
- Experience in multi platforms testing and strong knowledge and background in Windows Operating System
- Strong leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
