The qualification is below :
1. Minimum a Bachelor degree with at least 5 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical or related industries. 大学本科以上，至少有5年在药厂或 相关行业的相关工作经验。
2. In depth knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GMP requirements; regulatory requirements for drugs in the China etc..深厚的法规知识，如：GMP的要求；中国有关药品的法律法规要求等。
3. Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills.良好的书面和口头沟通技巧，解决问题的技巧。
4. Sound judgment and analytical skills to enable assessment of risk.合理判断和分析技巧。
5. Must have excellent teamwork and organizational skills.良好的团队精神和组织技巧。
6. Mature and able to communicate well in English, Mandarin, etc.处事稳重大方，流利的英语、国语。
7. Able to work independently and be flexible to changing priorities.能独立工作，灵活变动优先权。
