Primary Skills (Must Have Skills):
• Hands on experience on any of the insurance product .Excellent Insurance business knowledge and knowledge of channels and their business
• Software life cycle modelsTesting, Testing Techniques, Types of Testing, Defect Lifecycle
Experience in test design and execution activities
• Knowledge of any Test Execution Tool for Automation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in test reporting and defect reporting
• Experience in using Test Management tool (e.g. Test Director/Quality Center, JIRA, Rational Quality Manager/Test Manager)
• Experience in planning and tracking tasks and issue escalation
• Knowledge of Test processes and testing metrics
• Knowledge of Configuration Management
• Proven track record of having handled testing teams in their day to day testing tasks like test planning, execution, logging incidents, escalations, fixes and closure
• Familiar with testing processes and metrics
• Should be able to define and set up the testing environment
• Train the team on testing methodology and tools
• Estimation
Soft Skills:
• Should posses good team management, communication, presentation skills
