Major Responsibilities (工作职责):
1.To be the main coordinator for sourcing projects related to new project development
2.Support NPI process to meet launch target.
3.Lead sourcing activities for projects driven by R&D in GN Resound China
4.Lead localization and transfer projects.
5.Provide solutions to supplier issues when required.
6.Develop/contribute to sourcing strategies based on benchmarking and market research.
7.Ensure excellent supplier partnership/relationship.
8.Manage and develop supplier effectively and cooperation.
9.Lead, participate or contribute in cost reduction programs by identifying and implementing new sourcing opportunity
10.Continuously strive to improve lead-times, cost and quality.
11.Search for and identify potential suppliers in Asia to achieve our commodity strategies.
12.To ensure supplier qualification & sourcing activities are compliant with the global procedures
13.To support category manager or be responsible for supplier management for a delegated commodity
14.Continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance.
15.Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Key Requirements (职位要求):
1.Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related
2.At least 5 year in Purchasing or related area, qualifications in electronic/mechanical engineering Approval of travel and expenses
