Major Responsibilities (工作职责):
1.Participate in the category team; act as responsible for supplier quality for defined supplier within the category.
2.Work with direct sourced external supplier to ensure their quality performance meet GNR requirements, including the adaptability, stability and effectiveness, as well as supporting these suppliers from a technical point of view.
3.New supplier quality qualification according to global procedures, to ensure that the supplier is capable to be a supplier for GNR.
4.Conducting quality audit of existing suppliers according to the supplier audit program.
5.Conducting new components qualifications according to global procedures，to ensure that suppliers deliver the required quality for new projects. This includes also requalification of existing components.
6.Be a valuable support in R&D projects.
7.Complaint handling towards the supplier based upon field quality issues (CAPA).
8.Follow up on supplier corrective actions on day to day issues and maintain applicable statistics.
9.Be responsible for component quality from the beginning to end of life.
10.Reviewing and approval for relevant change request in relation to quality, to ensure suppliers always respond correctly to ECO.
11.Assist sourcing engineers in corporate cost reduction initiatives.
12.Work with suppliers and colleagues for the continuous improvements program in quality.
13.Training of the supplier for making sure that they always are up to date with GNR’s requirements.
14.Other tasks assigned by the superior.
