Description
To lead local QA team
Create Master Test Plan based on defined content, resource planning (people/environments), define risks, open issues, and include mitigation plan
Create and manage team detailed work plan (Iterations Plan, Release Plan, etc.)
Work with overseas teams in high coordination (peers, stakeholders & managers from Dev & QA)
Plan and monitor team tasks
Train team members
Perform test reviews to team members
Provide real time status on areas tested in his team
To be able to test curtail areas in the product
To be the technical lead of the team and familiar with the product E2E epically in areas under his team responsibility
Take part and influence R&D design meetings

Familiarity with HP (Mercury) tools - advantage
Education / Experience
B.A/BSC in computer since
2+ years leading QA team
2+ years Experience in manual QA
Experience in software development - Advantage
Experience in Load testing - Huge advantage
Experience in test automation - Advantage
Languages
Very High level English (speaking, reading & writing) - Must
