Job Title: Senior IT Manager Report to: IT Director
Location: Jiangsu Qidong
JOB objectIVE:
-The Senior IT Manager plays a key role in projects, business studies, and
application architecture.
-He/she is accountable for ensuring that the overall functional and technical design
of IT applications meets business requirements, conforms to IT architecture,
optimizes productivity and minimizes long-term cost of ownership.
-He/she works to define business needs, and serves as a leader and mentor for Jr
implementation leaders and engineers.
-The primary focus for this role will be SAP applications. such as SAP project
planning, implementation and management in China manufactory and office. Manage the
SAP function modules of PP/PI, MM, QM, FI, SD, CO etc.
-Responsible for local IT services of China (9000+ employees in China).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide overall technical leadership and functional expertise across global teams
for requirements management; leads requirements process for new development.
-Accountable for ensuring that functional and technical designs meet business
requirements, conform to IT architecture standards, and optimize productivity and
long-term cost of ownership
-Ensure work process and functional integration across teams and assist with issue
resolution- Understand and assist with implementation of long-term product/system
vision for IT.
-Mentor and coach Jr implementation leaders and engineers.
-Provide functional and technical leadership while accounting for lifecycle
management.
-Act as liaison with the external consulting firm to meet target defined.
-Consult and ensure the implementation of long term work process and product/system
vision
-Leading and coordinating projects for IT infrastructure;
-Internal customer contact for IT infrastructure requirements and projects;
-Support of basic manufacturing IT environment.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
-Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science or engineering is preferred.
-Expert for production processes in the relevant industry with sound SAP application
knowledge in PP/PI, QM, MM, FI, CO and SD is preferred.
-At least 5 years ERP or SAP implementation/ support experience in manufactory.
-Project management experience is necessary, familiar with project management
standards.
-Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment.
-Good analytical skills and effective problem solving skills.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.
-Good skills in oral and written English.
-Open and professional.
