• Part of IBM Worldwide PFE team, supporting AP(Asia Pacific) customers.
• Highest level(Level 3) of field technical support on IBM N series storage product. Work as interface of the AP field team and the worldwide development team.
• Identify pervasive problems and provide action plans to recover machines
• Provide tips, documentation, to resolve customer problems.
• Work closely with the Field Project Office to resolve customer complaints by visiting key customers and provide onsite support.
• Collaborate with Service Planning to develop technical or service strategies

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences
