Our client is a leading HK listed manufacturer of industrial and commercial hardware products for reputable brands with sizeable and highly integrated production facilities in southern China wholly owned by the company. To support the growing business and organization development, a highly challenging and demanding opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced manager to take up the following exciting and rewarding role in providing efficient and effective assistance to the top management.
Director/Senior Manufacturing Manager – Machinery Products
Responsibilities:
•Directly organize, coordinate and assist in all the commercial, manufacturing and operational management projects and activities of the Chief Executive Officer.
•Plan and participate in management review and improvement programs with different internal and external parties in relation to commercial, manufacturing and corporate development programs.
•Formulate and monitor the project progress with prompt update to management. Handle and prioritize important business and external parties’ communication for management review and action.
• Closely assist the CEO in planning and implementing coming plant relocation, liaising and interacting with internal departments, local authorities, architect, building and construction parties etc.
•Handle, digest, analyze and prioritize corporate issues covering business, operational and external affairs.
•Handle ad-hoc issues and carry out special work projects related to the company’s existing operations and the overall corporate growth and development.
•Prepare and present statistical and operational reports and recommendations for management review.
•Act independently, maintain close communication with Board of Directors and senior management team and interact with other executives for prompt action as appropriate.
•Involve in external activities and other high profile conferences ensuring effective communication with concerned parties.
Requirements:
•Degree holder in manufacturing, technical and engineering disciplines with at least 15 years of relevant experience in sizeable manufacturing and commercial environment.
•Solid and hands on experience in assisting top management of sizeable companies related to manufacturing and business operational management, organization
•Development, facility expansion, productivity improvement, technology and engineering enhancement etc.
•Able to work under high pressure, proactive, fast-paced and detail oriented with positive attitude and professional standards.
•Strong interpersonal, organizing and communication skills (both verbal and written) together with proficient problem solving abilities and analytical thinking.
•Well-experienced computer literate with good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
