Advisory Software Engineer(Architect):
Tech Skills:
•Rich programming skills in J2EE and web application development -- JSP, Ajax, xml, CSS etc.
•Familiar with software development and software development process
•Solid Knowledge or rich experiences in following fields is a strong plus:
•Websphere Application Server
•Database Experiences – DB2, Oracle, Sql Server
Soft Skills
•Self-motivated
•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
•Strong negotiation skills
•Quick learner and good flexibility
•Having strong sense of ownership and high accountability
•Good communication & team work skills
•Good English communication in writing, listening and speaking
Responsibilities
•Architectural design of product components
•Have a high standard on technical skills
•Analyze requirements, design and implementation of new features.
•Lead the development team to develop fully owned code for product/service
•Communicate with WW stakeholders
•Work across organization boundaries to achieve objectives.
•Handle rquests from both internal and external clients
•Passionate to software development. An independent, assertive, self-motivated, creative, dynamic, and flexible approach is required, whilst offering and open to new ideas
