Be in charge of the world-leading telecom operator’s business operation consultant project; Has the ability to exploit customers' important consultant requirements and make roadmap based on it. Lead or response for blue print of an industry leading Business Support System (BSS) or solution. Monitor the fulfillment of the solution. Response for analyzing and managing the important business requirements; Performing in-depth systems analysis and translate them into appropriate model and architecture. Monitor the developing and delivering of the requirement. organization co-ordination of operations consulting projects, to ensure the
implementation of the project by planning, project analysis and emergency response handling to ensure the success of the project
Training and guide the team member to improve their capacity.
3、 Requirement for candidates:
A. Experience:
10+ years of work experience on IT consulting, solutions design, IT implementation Among these years, 8+ years experience on BSS domain.
B. Qualifications: Familiar with the status and trends of consulting, communications industry; Has well understanding of the relevant business and techniques; Be considered as an expert of BSS domain, and has a wide range of knowledge ; Excellent knowledge & understanding of different Telecom operator’s business. Have success practice on BSS industry-leading solution. Familiar with the history, current status and future trends of BSS industry, and have the best practices, Ability to effectively communicate with a world–leading Telecom operator on all levels for their business operati
Excellent knowledge & understanding of Telecom operators both in china and Assessment/qualification of opportunities.
C. industry background: Strong Knowledge and experience in telecom BSS domain
D. Education background: Bachelor of computer or electronics or higher degree
E. Language: Excellent communication skills, both in Chinese and English
(written and spoken)
