Digital Marketing Manager/E-Commerce Manager, for an International FMCG company.
Major Responsibilities:
l Fully in charge of the digital marketing areas/internet strategies and implementations.
l Develop digital communications strategy for different brands to drive image and strengthen the brand awareness in the digital media environment
l Manage the agencies day-to-day to ensure the optimal performance in search marketing investment
l Develop e-commerce platform and tactical campaign to drive online booking
l Manage digital marketing budget and cross-channel allocation, optimize the investment based on on-going tracking analysis
l Oversee all online media channels, including advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, mobile device application, etc.
l Work with PR team to develop social media and online communications strategy
l Initiate online research projects to get understanding on customer insight and customer metrics that drive marketing programs
l Aligned with marketing promotional calendar, develop consumer programs by leveraging new media to enhance brand penetration, reach new customers
Skills and Qualifications:
l Minimum 5 years of working experience and 3 years hands-on experience in digital marketing field
l Deep personal engagement in digital marketing and social media best practice
l Excellent English and Chinese in both writing and speaking
l Bachelor degree or above in business majors
l Positive thinking, high degree of self motivation, reliable, persistent and result-orientated
Demonstrated use of initiative and flexibility to manage challenging situations
