Basically, I am looking for a CakePHP Guru!
For career development, they will be under the direction of Dr X as they build out the first round of leadership to support their growth as they expand into Australia (in-play), Hong Kong (starting next week), Taiwan, Singapore and the rest of the pacific rim over the next few quarters.
There are still several positions at this company at a senior level.
And Dr X [CTO] has a track record of leading by example, support his teams career goals, has led a company to win the Malcolm Baldrige award and use processes like Quality as a Business Strategy, Measurement of KPIs and linkage of Process, Rockefeller Habits and is a generally nice guy.
