WORKING HOURS:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 17:30

TRAVELLING:
Regularly for Client Visits
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ 2 Hours of Phone Time Every Single Day
+ Setup Candidate Search Profile in Collaboration with Client
+ Obtain / Generate Answers to Expected Questions from Candidates
+ Interview Sincerely Interested Active Applying Candidates, Passive Database Candidates, Passive Headhunted Candidates and Passive Referral Candidates
+ Setup Final Shortlist of Active and Passive Candidates
+ (Prepare and) Send Candidate Introductions Email to Client (Minimally 10 Candidate Introductions per week)
+ Push Client for Feedback on Already Introduced Candidates
+ Support Scheduling of Client >< Candidate Interviews
+ Push Client for Feedback on Already Conducted Client >< Candidate Interviews
+ Support On-Boarding Process
+ Push Client for Feedback on To-Be-Hired Candidate
+ Coach Recruitment Consultants & Recruitment Specialists
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Excellent Multi-Lingual Communicator
+ Chinese (Mother Tongue)
+ English (Fluent) [Preferably CET6 and/or TEM8 certificate holders]
+ German, French and/or Japanese language skills are a plus
+ Highly Pro-Active
