Position:Expert Supplier Manager (SZ)
Skills and Competencies:
Master degree in industrial engineering, business administration or commercial information technology.
Special knowledge of Chinese or Asian markets.
Expert knowledge of wireless communication industry and markets.
Experience of working in a multi-cultural organisation based in China.
Experience of relationship management with suppliers and different cultures, internally as well as externally (at least 3 years).
Marketing experience.
Excellent negotiation skills; at least 3 years of work experience in procurement.
3 years experience in the terminals area.
Excellent English and Chinese, for the purpose of negotiations, business fluent in spoken and written.
Contract Law (specialised in Chinese law, patents and IPR).
Cost / BOM Analysis.
Self-confident, creative and competent appearance.
Strong international negotiation skills and self-assertion.
Ability to run in-depth total cost analysis.
Ability to work in international teams and under pressure.
