Implement manufacturing concepts for Automotive Electronics products
Support the writing of equipment specifications (wave solder equipment, circuit board singulation equipment, assembly support equipment, surface mount equipment, final assembly lines, and conformal coating equipment).
Order specified equipment (quotation, selection, purchase order).
Approve equipment (acceptance, installation and qualification plans).
Responsible to hire, train, supervise and develop the local technical workforce: Technicians, Engineers
Assist in the development of process documentation (work instructions, process specifications, quality plans).
Establish procedures for process monitoring and control.
Establish procedures for the maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including work force training plans and spare parts procedures.
Assist in capacity planning activities for process equipment
Responsible to develop and maintain effective communication links with the appropriate Engineering group for each product family.
