Process Engineer:
Key responsibilities and Duties:
(1) Operation/ work with Industry products developed by company at customer locations.
(2) Evaluate and improve the process parameters to produce better product output at
customer site.
(3) Help to identify issues and implement the relevant process improvements/upgrades in
an existing products at customers sites
(4) Participate/collaborate with internal technology team for continuous process
development
(5) Must be able to assist in the creation and maintain technical material for training
purposes with limited supervision.
(6) Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
(1) Master degree in Engineering with Electrical / Materials Science / metallurgy / Mechanical
Engineering disciplines or Master degree in Science with physics/chemistry /Material
Science / metallurgy.
(OR)
Bachelor degree in Electrical/Material/metallurgy Engineering with at least 2 years
Semiconductor or photovoltaic industrial experience.
(2) Experience in Silicon or High temperature Crystal Growth methods is highly preferable.
(3) Expertise on Material synthesis/Chemical/Analytical characterizations is desirable, but not
essential.
(4) Strong communication skills (presentation and written) across multi-lingual lines
(5) Highly organizational, planning and problem solving/troubleshooting skills
(6) Must be easily approachable and suitable to work in a manufacturing environment.
