Quality Manager Responsibilities
Responsible of in Quality & Process organization in 500+ employee fast growing R&D organization; implementation of company’s global initiatives and proactive support for R&D operations ba<x>sed on local needs.
Member of Chengdu Management Team.
Part of global Q&P and Capability Development organizations.
Main requirements
Good grip on the telecom R&D industry.
Experience of running or supporting large multi-site and multi-cultural projects.
Good knowledge of agile methods, especially Scrum, and Open Source Software are essential in this position.
Knowledge of quality and maturity models, such as ISO 9001, CMMI and EFQM is needed.
Other requirements
“Proactivity” and “continuous improvement” are not just terms in CV but part of the personality.
Analytical mind and are able to see the "big picture".
Capable of working in sometimes complex matrix organization.
