• Identify, validate opportunities and ensure qualification of healthcare industry. Hand over to Opportunity Owner(OO) team for future actions
• Generate sufficient rich pipeline with quality for the current quarter SPG coverage for the healthcare industry
• Establish GTS thought leadership with CIO and IT Staff to preempt competitors in future significant opportunities competition
• Attain monthly and quarterly TCV target with balanced focus on large and small deals
• Attain quarterly revenue target
• Coach and assist SPG OO Team to close deals
• Be accountable for large deal opportunities business development and ownership
• Provide market insight and team with IBM Stakeholders (S&D, STG, SWG and GBS) as well as SPG brand team to create solutions for more GTS opportunities.
• Develop sales and demand generation programs to capture the customer’s solution opportunities
• Act as GTS partner to other Sales team
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in sales experience in healthcare industry, especially digital hospital and public healthcare
At least 3 years experience in Able to work independently, good team player, creative in solving customer problems
At least 3 years experience in Good presetation skills and strong ability of deal closing
At least 3 years experience in Able to work under pressure and willing to travel
