Client:
Global leader in wireless devices for mobile phones. The company has developed the most extensive range of hands-free systems on the market for cars, motorbikes and scooters, including wireless multimedia products focused on audiovisual applications.
Salary:
Up to RMB 25,000 / month (depending on experience)

OEM Regional Business Manager

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Develop Automotive OEM sales in China.
+ Be responsible for technical sales, and support customer liaison engineering and project management.
+ In collaboration with the business manager and field application engineer based in China and project engineering team based in France.
+ Analyze customer request for quotes and participle in elaborating the offer.
+ Define the technical and pricing strategy.
+ Challenge the technical solutions in order to achieve and surpass customer technical demands.
+ Promote company's technology and strategic technical road-map.
+ Act as the voice of the customer at the company and the voice of company at the customer and proposes compromises.
+ Full responsibility of company's technical offer and its content in front of the customer.
+ Ensure and maintain good relationship with the customer.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above in engineering with strong affinity for technical sales, Electronics or Telecommunications is preferred.
+ More than 5 years working experience in sales or business development in Automotive, Electronic or Telecom industry.
+ Sales experience in tier 1 or 2 automotive suppliers for infotainment or other electronic products is preferred.
+ Knowledge of the automotive industry in China.
+ Ability to foster good relationship with partners as well as clients.
+ Good knowledge of MS-office.
+ Strong leadership skill.
+ Excellent planning ability.
+ Able to communicate confidently with key decision makers.
+ Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin.
+ Fluent in written and spoken English.
+ Hands-on working mentality
+ Can work under pressure.
+ Have team collaboration spirit.
+ Meticulous and self-motivated.
+ Willing to work independently and build a team in Shanghai.
+ Willing to live and work in Shanghai.
