高级数据挖掘工程师
职责：
1、Be responsible for new technique research, application exploration and commercialization of research results about data mining.
2、Be responsible for managing projects about data analysis and data mining, including requirement analyse, modeling, experimentation, simulation, implementation and model evaluation.
3、Design and implement Tencent interactive data mining application systems according to marketing thoery and consuming behavior of customers combined with data mining technique. Be able to identify business opportunity through the customer lifecycle.
4、Work closely with management, research and development teams in and out of Tencent.
5、Give lectures about data analysis and data mining in company.
要求：
1. With 5+ years experience in top IT companies about internet service, advertisement, online games.
2. With knowledge about operation, statistics, mathematics, computer science and artificial intelligence.
3. With experince in processing and data mining about massive data.
4. Good ability in learning and research.
5. Good ability in communication and team cooperation.
6. Submit understandable report and feasible suggestion about data analysis and data mining to product managers and business developers.
