Position Sought: Business Consultant (BC)
Location: Shanghai

With more than 84 million active accounts in 190 markets and 24 currencies around the world, our client enables global ecommerce. Our client is an global company and is made up of three leading online payment services: the global payment service, the Pay flow Gateway and Bill Me Later. The company's open payment platform, allows developers to build innovative payment applications on multiple platforms and devices.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
1.Reports to Head of Merchant Services of company in China, responsible for overall business development in Northern China
2.Manage a 10 people Business Consultant team and meet the regional sales quota
3.Responsible for national travel vertical mgmt
4.Be the lead person to develop contacts/relationships and sign deals with key merchants within that region and in the vertical
5.Work closely with functional team in Product, Marketing, and other teams
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree with 7+years total work experience, at least 3 years' full-time people mgmt
2.Demonstrated business development and/or enterprise sales success; experience in ecommerce or online payment industry a strong plus
3.Deep understanding and connection within China airline carriers, OTAs, hotel groups much preferred
4.A self-starter and results-orientated, with ability to focus on details without losing track of the big picture
5.Ability to think strategically
6.Team player with demonstrated ability to execute cross-functionally
7.Energetic, with ability to work in fast-moving and high stress environment
8.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Native Chinese speaking; fluent in English
9.MBA or similar degree preferred
