岗位要求 Job Requirements
1. 大学以上学历,人力资源管理专业优先;
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management
2. 8年以上行政人事工作经验,其中至少4年知名跨国公司工作经验,至少两年在重要管理工作岗位上,并在招聘、培训、员工忠诚性培养及绩效评估等方面取得过突出的成绩;
8 years or above HR and Administration related working experience, at least 4 years in known multinational company and at least 2 years in key managerial position, with demonstrated experience/success in Recruitment, Training, C&B, Retention, Performance Review and Talent Management
3. 熟练掌握国家及地方现行行政人事法律、法规及实践;
Current in all state and local governmental laws, rules, regulations and/or practices about employment, safety, environment and health;
4. 具备建立、改进和维护人力资源及行政管理程序和体系的能力;
Capable of developing, improving and maintaining company HR and administrative procedures and system;
5. 具备建立、改进和维护安全(包括消防)、健康及环境管理程序及体系的能力;
Capable of developing, improving and maintaining safety (including fire fighting), health, environment procedures and system;
6. 高超的沟通和人际关系处理能力;
Strong in communication and inter-personal skills;
7. 诚实、有责任心、勇于接受挑战;
Honest, responsible, accountable and willing to face challenges;
8. 能熟练地用英文和普通话进行沟通;
Proficient in English and Mandarin
9. 善于创造性地解决问题,具有团队合作精神;
A creative solutions provider and a good team player;
10. 较强的执行能力及公关能力;
Strong in implementation and handling public relationship;
11. 了解ISO9000体系。

岗位职责 Job Descriptions
1. 行政人事部部门事务及人员管理
Manage human resource and administration department;
2. 根据公司的发展战略和总公司的人力资源政策,建立、更新和维护公司人力资源发展战略,并制定和实施相应计划;
According to the company development strategy and the Corporation HR policy, establish, update and maintain the company HR strategy and system; and produce and implement corresponding working plan;
3. 制定、维护、执行并监督执行公司的人力资源政策和程序
Establish, maintain, implement and monitor the implementation of the company HR policy and procedure
4. 协调公司内外部的人力资源相关事宜;
Coordinate HR related issues across the company and with relevant outside parties
5. 在满足公司人力资源战略要求的同时,持续优化公司的人力资源结构以降低人力资源成本;
While meeting the requirements of the company HR strategy, continuously optimize the human resource configuration to effectively reduce the HR cost;
6. 根据国家法律及公司政策,及时招聘合格的人员或解聘不合格或冗余的人员;
Recruit qualified personnel or divest unqualified/redundant personnel according to relevant laws and the company policy in a timely manner;
7. 根据集团公司政策和国家法律法规要求,建立、维护并实施有效的安全(包括消防)、健康和环保体系/制度;
Establish, maintain and implement an effective safety (including fire fighting), health and environment system/program that is in compliance with the corporation policy and the government laws and regulations;
8. 建立、维护和实施公司培训体系和程序;
Establish, maintain and implement the company training system and procedures;
9. 建立、维护和实施薪酬体系及制度
Establish, maintain and implement the company payroll system and program;
10. 建立、维护和实施公司绩效评估及激励机制;
Establish, maintain and implement the employee performance evaluation and incentive system;
11. 建立、维护和实施公司保密制度;
Establish, maintain and implement the non-disclosure system/program
12. 全面负责管理公司包括但不限于警卫、食堂、保洁、车辆、绿化、宿舍等后勤工作。
Administrate all supporting logistics include but not limited to security, dining, sanitary, vehicle, gardening, dormitory and etc.
13. 帮助公司同相关政府部门及社区建立起良好紧密的工作关系
Help the company to establish a good and close working relationship with relevant government authorities and local communities;
14. 建立健全并管理有效的人事档案系统;
Establish and maintain the company personnel files and records
15. 部门预算的编制和控制;
HR & Administration Department budget submission and control
16. 总经理分配的其它工作。
