MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist client with the implementation of AvantGard in accordance with planned project tasks including design, product configuration, training, scoping and estimation of tasks.
Keep up to date on functionality available in AvantGard and latest releases of new features or modules.
Ensure organisational systems, tools, processes and standards are followed and adhered to.
Seek continuous improvement in the processes, methods and standards applied to each consulting assignment.
•Translate, communicate and reinforce the goals, values and priorities of the organisation.
Pro-active investigation of possible business solutions to meet identified and as yet unidentified clients needs.
Know the client, both internal and external, and delivers professional, personalised service based on that knowledge. Ferment client relations.
Identify and resolve client issues, assisting with resolution where necessary.
Contact regularly with the Project Manager and Professional Services Manager to discuss schedule, status and issues on current projects and providing status, prioritisation and possible issues resolutions.
Recognise business development opportunities and escalate to the Project Services Manager.
Close liaison with other SunGard offices, especially with regards to the development cycle and client initiatives.
Ability to work under pressure, both in terms of deliverable deadlines, but also in communication with clients under difficult situations. A calm and professional manner at all times is an essential requirement.
The ability to pay attention to detail while also being capable of seeing the ‘bigger picture’.
Be Pro-Active
Excellent communication, good command of English
Ability to work alone and hold one’s own.

Understands Software Package Implementation process, 3+ years experience
Consulting orientation
Industry and product knowledge
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build, maintain strong client relationships.
Experienced in understanding current consulting and project management practices.
Travel throughout Asia Pacific
Clear organisational awareness and knowledge
•Excellent problem solving capabilities:
Identifies the issues and thinks it through sequentially.
Differentiates the symptoms from causes
Identifies problems gathers facts and other appropriate resources needed to resolve the issue
Understands available options and recommends / implements solutions
Follows established processes and procedures
‘Think outside the square’ approach.
•Excellent issue resolution capability
•Excellent training and professional skills
•Able to interpret and liaise between differing organizational cultures
•Recognises business development opportunities
•Listens, to ensure understanding prior to making decisions or taking action
•Is diplomatic
BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE:
•Solid understanding and experience of Corporate Treasury, 5+ years experience
•Sound knowledge of Accounting practises
•Knowledge of financial instruments (FX, MM etc.)desired, IRS, FRA, Bonds, Hedge Accounting a plus
•Has a good knowledge and understanding of operational and business processes
The background of the Candidate maybe:
Senior consultant or Project manager of SAP FICO/Oracle Fin background
