A German firm which manufactures Door Control products.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Location:
Suzhou, Jianhsu Province, China
Reporting to:
Quality & PQS Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Be responsible for designing and developing mechanical locks and latches, applying research experimentation and testing
+ Knowledge of mechanical locks and latches (material / processes / assembly / surfacing treatment / testing) would be an asset
+ Validate the design and processes
+ Report and communicate project activities to project manager
+ Ensure coordination, targets and deadlines
+ Draw up technical document such as specification, drafting parts, assembly drawings, 3D models, ECNs, control plan, qualification plan
Requirements:
+ Degree in engineering, mechanical or education judged equivalent
+ Experience in product development in the hardware industry, especially for mechanical locks
+ Familiar with international standard and testing of mechanical locks and latches
+ Excellent in CAD (Solid works / Auto CAD)
+ Flexibility, autonomy and ability to prioritize, plan and organize projects / tasks
+ Proven problem solving and communications skills with close attention to details
+ Continuously improvement and high cost conscious
+ Initiative, creation and willing to take challenge
+ Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
+ Willing to work and live in Suzhou
