Title: Market Research & Development (Building Project, Construction Industry)
Location: Shanghai
Position Description:
This is a Market Research and Development position for Building Project Major Market of Construction Industry. The key responsibilities including:
• Market intelligence management and News letter
• Market research on new applications, new markets, new product development, market trends and seek new market opportunities
• Competition market study and regular data update
• Design and manage Market survey, project by project
• Marketing representative for some CE projects
• Market development on new market segments, project by project
• Operational Marketing for selected Market Segments
• Need business travelling
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree or above in marketing / business / Civil Engineering
• More than 7 year working experience and at least 3 year sound working experience as a role of market research/ analysis, product management or market development in an international company
• Working experience or knowledge in Construction Industry in China is a plus.
• Good business acumen, insight on market information search and screening
• Good listening and questioning skill and data analysis skill
• Business development experience and skill is a plus
• Time driven & self-motivation
• Able to work Independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, a team player.
• Excellent command of written & oral English
• Excellent PC skills on Office.
