1、Care Project Manager demonstrates best in class responsiveness and knowledge on product quality issues and acts as role model for product quality leadership.
2、He/She works in cross-functional environment and drives R&D for product quality improvements.
CPM collaborates with different organizations inside and outside of R&D.
3、Brings customer voice to Product Quality Organization and PM Teams, represents Care in relevant meetings and work shops
4、Leads and participates to relevant task forces such as product specific warranty cost projects
5、Seeks to understand consumer feedback and drive consumer experience improvements based on the feedback
QUALIFICATIONS:
6、Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
7、Project Management Experience
8、Experience in coaching or leading people is an asset
9、Experience in Marketing or hands-on market research/consumer Research preferred
10、Preferable worked in consumer interface with User experience/Consumer experience knowledge
It is expected that the CPM is a structured, reliable, communicative and outspoken, self-driven team player who is able to influence and drive other people.
He/She promotes consistent product quality message across different programs to the PM Program Management Team and across Program Center.
