Responsibilities:
1. Develop electronic security business in China market, develop customers with defined solution scope and industry
2. Define strategic direction for electronic security business development, evaluate partners to work with, from both product/solution perspective, sales channel and subcontracting partners
3. Study and define installation and maintenance service fulfillment plan and mechanism, for electronic security
4. Plan investment for ES in China, growing to a sizable business
5. Also manage current physical security business
Requirements:
1. At least 10 years experience in the Electronic Security Service Integration (Syetem Integration) experience in China, in sales/marketing role
2. With good understanding of business opportunity lead identification and tender processes of ESS in China
3. Has good understanding of security field/market framework knowledge and familiar with key players and key solutions in this field.
4. Has solid/proven record of managing Electronic security business including project management and installation fulfillment
