职责: Summary: This position is to arrange daily job of sales/Marketing department, properly
guide the sales/marketing activities to fulfill the annual booking & cost control target.
概述: 负责安排销售及市场部门的日常工作,领导销售/市场活动,完成年度销售指标
及销售成本控制。
Additional Duties and Responsibilities: 其它职责
1. responsible for managing daily jobs and activities of sales/marketing department. Achieve annual booking and cost control target.
全面负责销售/市场部的工作,实现全年销售目标及经费控制目标。
2. Research and collect information of the power industry developing plan of China. Keep up with the market trend for product , technology and competition. Raise the proposal for sales strategy and target for the coming year.
搜集与分析中国电力发展计划、 产品与技术的需求趋势、市场竞争的状况。提出下一年的销售策略及销售目标的设想。
3.Cooperate with the human resource manager to work out the training schedule for sales engineer and field service technician. Examine and evaluate the job of sales engineer base on their job description.
与人事经理确定销售及现场服务人员的培训计划并根据每个岗位的职责评估考核其结果。
4.Decide and assign jobs to sales engineer. Help the sales engineer to accomplish their task. Sets individual goals for all sales persons, monitors, supports and manages for training when necessary.
确定和分派销售人员的工作,设定所有人员的目标,监督和帮助他们实现目标。并在必要时安排培训。
5. Help to research and chose qualified agent companies base on the information from the sales engineer. Examine and evaluate the job of agent companies
帮助销售人员寻找并确定合格的代理公司,并对其实行销售结果的考核
6. Control the business trip cost for sales/marketing department
控制销售及市场部有关业务出差的费用。
7. Plan annual budget for marketing activities such as exhibition, seminar, catalog and gifts.
计划年度市场预算,如展览会、讲座、资料及公司纪念品等。
8. Submit monthly report and working plan to Managing Director by 6 th working day / each month.
每月在第六个工作日向总裁递交月度工作报告及下月工作计划。
9. Submit monthly report and working plan to General manager by 6th working day/each month.
每月在第六个工作日向总经理递交当月工作报告及下月工作计划。
10. Maintain good relationship in high level of customers PSB Design Institute etc.
维护好与供电局,设计院高层人员的公共关系.
Education or Experience: 教育背景及工作经验
1. Bachelor degree course in electric engineering
大学学士学位,学习电力专业
2. Sales management experience in Electric power transmission and distribution industry over 10years
有10年以上输配电产品的销售管理经验
Special Training (knowledge, Skills and Abilities):特别培训(知识,技术及能力)
1. Fluent oral & written English, familiar with WORD,POWERPOINT and data base management software
英语说写流利,能熟练运用 WORD,POWERPOINT 及数据库管理软件。
2. Good communication skill. Team leadership
沟通能力强。 有团队领导能力
