Work description:
1.Oversee all project work going on in the company, take appropriate approaches to guarantee on time delivery with high customer satisfaction
2. Manage the team, make team management policies and team development plans, drive its implementation to support business needs
3.Fill in the gaps in daily operation work
Qualification criteria:
1.10+ years work experience in IT industry
2.3+ years proven record of outstanding team management or business management for a 50+ member team
3. Responsible, capable, flexible
4. Good English capability, culture sensitive
5. Company management experience is a plus
