Sales Manager--Location:Shanghai
职位要点：
1）5年以上汽车零部件行业经验，不限定皮具方面，只要是汽车零部件行业均可，主要是销售模式，销售对象相近，有直接与日系客户丰田本田日产等汽车生产商沟通经验，较强的沟通协调能力；
2）英语流利，日语口语二级相当或以上水平；
Title: Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Marketing
Report to: VP, Sales & Marketing
Direct Report: None
Location: Shanghai Office, China
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Manages the company’s or product lines sales activities, including advanced sales activity.
Approach targeted accounts, pursues profitable opportunities and provides ongoing service and follow up.
Calls on key accounts to cultivate relationships, identify opportunities and increase sales.
Develop & maintain highly sustainable, long-term customer relationships.
Clearly defines customer buying influence for opportunities, understands customer’s specific job/function in the organization.
Work as effective communicator, positively impacts the sales cycle through interaction with internal resources & customers.
Recommend changes in pricing strategies, understands & participate in value pricing of products.
Coach customer on knowledge of our product/services and capabilities.
Participates in quote review process and presents quotes to the customer.
Effectively controls customer credit & AR.
QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCES
College degree or above, business administration or relevant discipline;
More than 5 years experiences in sales or account administration in automobile industry, highly prefer the experience with Japanese auto OEM clients, such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan etc.
Understand product features & benefits, capable of explaining benefits in a meaningful way to the customers.
Report on and keep informed on competitive activities.
Gaining knowledge in competitive products & organizations.
Good communication and Tri-lingual in English, Japanese (or Korean) and Mandarin.
WORK CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Occasional after hour support may be required.
Occasional travel to various operating units as needed.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard or mouse, and to handle other computer components.
